Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping across The Netherlands & Belgium, with delivery times of 1 – 5 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping: Shipping times vary by location, with delivery typically within 10-15 business days.
Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your package’s journey.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order through the contact form

Returns

At bookloversclub we want you to love your purchase! If you’re not satisfied with your item, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days from the date you completed the purchase.
We accept returns for goods as long as they are in the original condition (not used, washed, or worn).
We do not pay return shipping unless there has been an error and you have received the wrong item. Custom or sale items are non-refundable.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 72 hours of receiving your return back, letting you know that your return has been received and processed. A refund will be processed within 7 business days.
